Package Shipping
At PLANTOFLIFE, we are committed to shipping your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. Depending on your location, we use different courier services to ensure you receive your products as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Shipments to Spain and Portugal
For shipments to Spain and Portugal, we use the NACEX courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS to the phone number provided during the checkout process, with detailed delivery information and a link to track online.
Shipments to the Rest of the World
For shipments to the rest of the world, we rely on UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the UPS tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment at all times.
Returns
We accept returns as long as the customer bears the return shipping costs. If the product arrives defective or damaged during transit, PLANTOFLIFE will cover the return costs. However, if the product has been opened by the customer, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
