INTEGRATED QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

This policy is intended for cosmetic products.

At AVIDAN PROPERTIES SL, we are dedicated to the design, manufacturing, conditioning, and distribution of Cosmetic products with legally permitted cannabinoid derivatives.

We work with the aim of complying with the commitments agreed with customers, society, workers, suppliers, and collaborators. We believe in continuous improvement and staying one step ahead of the needs and expectations of all of them.

Quality management and work according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, without losing sight of respect for the environment and the safety and health of our workers, are fundamental pillars for the organization's growth.

Another of our pillars is our employees, to whom we will provide an environment that facilitates their motivation, involvement, competence, and pride in their contribution to the work carried out, as well as safe and healthy working conditions.

To achieve the highest level of quality in our products and services, ensuring they are produced in a safe manner and under conditions that ensure consumer safety, AVIDAN PROPERTIES has set itself the goal of complying with the requirements established in ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 standards and taking actions for continuous improvement.

The future of our organization, and what will lead us to guarantee continuity, will be determined by the quality of our response to customer needs. Only in this way will we strengthen stable and lasting relationships with current customers and acquire new ones.

The Management will provide the Integrated Management System with all the necessary tools, duly established documentally, to ensure that the Policy is understood, developed, and remains valid at all levels of the organization. For this purpose, it will be reviewed annually, as well as the organization's performance in relation to the IMS to ensure continuous improvement.

This Policy will be made available to the public and interested parties for their information and knowledge.
